Research on Food Safety Control Based on Evolutionary Game Method from the Perspective of the Food Supply Chain

Food safety is related to people’s health and the sustainable development of food supply chain, so it crucial practical significance study chain quality management. This paper employs evolutionary game method develop a tripartite model that reflects interaction interests among raw material suppliers, manufacturers, consumers. It identifies key factors influence decision-making each participant attempts use these guide behavior members scientifically. The results demonstrate management chains can be improved by strengthening intensity government supervision, narrowing production cost gap between high-quality poor-quality materials, improving inspection ability manufacturer, increasing complaint incentives consumers, etc. Finally, this puts forward suggestions countermeasures for improve supervision mechanism safety, thereby achieving chain.
